Release the Dart reproducibility work merged since 0.25.0: the native library no longer records its build paths, and the package ships the Cargo.lock it was released with and builds it with --locked. No binding API changes, so this is a patch release, and it still wraps payjoin 1.2.0. Prepared with contrib/release/bump.sh, then the lock files were regenerated with contrib/update-lock-files.sh.
