Incorporate API spec v65 changes; release 1.0.3

Updates the SDK from server API spec v63 to v65 (docs/api/*.yaml refreshed from app.peoplepowerco.com).

Added

• Locations.get_escalations, create_escalation, update_escalation for the new /cloud/json/escalations endpoints
• escalation_id filter on Locations.get_narratives

Breaking

• DeviceTypesAndParameters.add_default_rule now requires location_id (spec made locationId required)
• Removed because the endpoints were dropped from the spec:
  • Weather class (all weather endpoints)
  • admin Challenges class (also removed from exports and the admin_api factory)
  • UserAccounts.put_user_code / get_user_codes / delete_user_code
  • bot Analytic.get_challenge_participants
  • simple / organization_id on get_device_types; get_card on get_location_service_plans

Other

• Docstrings: bot question permissions; service plan assignment entries require locationId
• CHANGELOG, version 1.0.3, CLAUDE.md, caredaily skill, docs/CARE_DAILY_APIS.md, in-repo okf/ bundle

Notes for review

• Removing two public classes is semver-major; versioned 1.0.3 to match the 1.0.2 precedent — adjust if preferred.
• Pre-existing: put_narrative passes json.dumps(narrative) as ep_json, which requests encodes again (likely sends a JSON string). Not changed here.
• tests/ENDPOINT_IMPLEMENTATION_REPORT.md and tests/API_TEST_COVERAGE_REPORT.md still list removed endpoints.
• cloud.yaml diff looks huge under git's default algorithm; --histogram shows ~3k lines.

CI fixes (pre-existing failures on main)

• ruff check --fix src/: import sorting and unused imports (114 fixes, no behavior change)
• Devices.update_location_device: removed an unused postId params dict (the spec defines only path params)
• CLI configure tests: patch the configure module object directly. caredaily.cli re-exports the configure click group under the module's name, which broke the dotted patch target on Python 3.10.

Testing

• pytest tests/caredaily: 819 passed
• ruff check src/ (0.16.10): clean
• CI: lint + tests on Python 3.10–3.14 all pass
