Instinct refuses passwords pasted into chat, so it is now handed its login through its own vault: the page gives a message asking Instinct for a vault link, the login to fill in on the page it sends, and a message telling it to sign in and check Personal Agent Proxy first for tools it lacks. Agents with vault: true in AGENT_PROVIDERS get these steps; other login agents keep the single message.

The welcome flow's agent step is now AgentSetup (components/agent-setup.tsx), also used by a new /agents/new page (replacing the New agent dialog) and /agents/:id/setup (replacing Reset password), so adding an agent works the same everywhere. The agent page drops the sign-in credentials and MCP server address, keeping access, recent activity, and the MCP clients list only when there are clients to disconnect.
