Summary

Bumps @hyperbridge/sdk to 3.0.3 so @hyperbridge/simplex 0.18.2 can be published.

The simplex-v0.18.2 npm publish failed at "Refuse an unpublished @hyperbridge/sdk", because packages/sdk has changed since sdk-v3.0.2:

• [sdk, simplex, docs]: retry bundler gas estimation on transient errors #1406 retries bundler gas estimation on transient errors. It exports retryTransientBundlerErrors, isTransientBundlerError, BundlerRpcError and the retry constants, and adds the onBundlerRetry option.
• [simplex]: post bids to the HyperFX orderbook, and to it alone without BRIDGE; the SDK reads bids from both #1426 reads bids from the HyperFX orderbook as well as Hyperbridge. Bids gain an optional venue field.
• [sdk]: skip live tests with a warning when the test wallet can't pay #1420 changes tests only.

The Docker images for 0.18.2 are building from the existing tag.

Release order

After merge, tag sdk-v3.0.3 on the merge commit and wait for npm. Then move simplex-v0.18.2 to the same commit so its npm publish passes the guard.
