With this PR, the AEACN, FREQ and EPOCH codelists now use the official CDISC CT 2024-09-27 values, and ten rules that contradicted SDTMIG 3.4 have been removed. They required IEINCLCR in TI, VISITNUM in AE, LBSPEC in LB, numeric LBORNRLO/LBORNRHI, ARMCD/ARM in TV, and VISITNUM in every VS record; one was a duplicate. SDTM-161 no longer requires IEINCLCR, and a new hand-checked conformant SDTM package must now pass the whole catalog.
