📋 Description

Vendors Prax’s personal skills/personas rack from praxstack/skills-and-personas (78a7ee9, MIT) so Cursor can discover them as one-level .cursor/skills/<name>/ entries.

Pack id is praxstack. It is an on-demand personal OS / personas rack, not a fifth methodology alongside gstack, Superpowers, pstack, or Compound Engineering.

This branch is stacked on 45fb5e4 (gstack Cursor flatten from #40).

• Setup: upstream _audit/install.sh has a hardcoded local SRC and was not run; scripts/link-praxstack-skills.sh is the Cursor path. Boot also runs it from .cursor/environment.json.
• Bookmarked only: praxstack/developer-workflow, moa-x, agent-org, cursor-plugins; legacy skill dump; Teach Pro Max evidence/tests/zips.
