Title: Transfon Security RTD Module: initial release

Description of change

New RTD submodule, transfonSecurity, that checks each page view for bots and invalid traffic before the auction.

Adds ortb2.site.ext.data.tss_qs to global first party data: 1 valid traffic, 0 invalid traffic.
Sets the tss_qs key-value on every ad unit through getTargetingData.
Optional blockIvt removes all bid requests for invalid traffic. Off by default.
Fails open: without a verdict in time, the auction runs unchanged.

External script

The module loads https://tag.waf360.com/tag/p/rtd.js with loadExternalScript (added to approvedLoadExternalScriptPaths.js), because the verdict depends on checks that only run in the browser. It is not loaded when the Transfon Security tag is already on the page, and if the loadExternalScript activity control blocks it, the auction runs unchanged.

Privacy

GVL ID 1370. Cookies are used only when accessDevice is allowed, and the page report is sent only when reportAnalytics is allowed. The storage disclosure ships with the module in metadata/disclosures/modules/.

Testing

24 unit tests; module coverage 100% functions, 98% lines, 96% branches. With the test license above, bidder requests carry site.ext.data.tss_qs and pbjs.getAdserverTargeting() includes tss_qs.
