Owner

Adds project model presets so users can save a token-saving configuration for all future SDLC runs, then return to inherited models with normal mode. PM inherits; BA uses Sol/high; backend, web/mobile frontend, and QC use Luna/xhigh. Existing run snapshots and optional Product Owner settings are preserved.

The new sdlc skill handles /sdlc --save-my-token and /sdlc --normal as chat shorthand, with explicit $sdlc invocation for clients that reserve native slash commands. Runtime flags support previews and reject conflicting settings. Plugin/runtime versions and setup guidance are updated to 0.6.0.

Validation: all 51 tests pass, TypeScript checks and build pass, independent built-CLI checks pass, and the upload bundle contains all eight skills. Actual host dispatch and native chat invocation were not exercised.

GitHub Verify passed on the release commit (including npm package validation). The unrelated Vercel preview fails because its project expects a public output directory; this repository builds a CLI runtime. No website deployment configuration is changed.
