Description

Design and implement the domain model for lease management, including entities, value objects, and aggregates following DDD principles.

Acceptance Criteria

• Lease aggregate root defined
• Tenant entity with contact information
• Property reference and unit information
• Lease terms (duration, rent, deposit, fees)
• Payment schedule and history
• Lease status lifecycle (Draft, Active, Expired, Terminated)
• Document attachments (contract, addendums)
• Renewal and termination logic
• Validation rules for all entities
• Unit tests for domain logic

Subtasks

• Define Lease aggregate root
• Create Tenant entity
• Create LeaseTerms value object
• Create PaymentSchedule value object
• Implement lease lifecycle state machine
• Add validation rules
