Setup and configure an official Discord server for the Prodaric community to facilitate communication, support, and collaboration.

Acceptance Criteria

• Discord server created and configured
• Channel structure organized (announcements, general, dev, support, etc.)
• Roles defined (maintainer, contributor, community)
• Moderation bot configured
• Community guidelines posted
• GitHub integration for notifications
• Welcome message for new members
• Link added to repository README
• Link added to organization profile
• Initial team members invited
