The webring bar is being rolled out fleet-wide on purpose. It comes back with no extra links (the site footer row carries them), between the site footer and the pit.world global footer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

#318 dropped the @profullstack/footer bar; it is being rolled out fleet-wide on purpose. It comes back (copyright, tagline, webring; no link dump since the site footer row carries the links) between the site footer and the pit.world global footer. pnpm test: 885 pass (sw.js VERSION updated as the test asks).
