- developer guide: new 1.7 chapter covering the capability overview, the client/server integration steps, the auto-recorded traces, metrics and logs, the environment variable reference, and the optional manual entry points; the configuration reference moves from 1.7 to 1.8 - READMEs: one capability row and one project-structure row for the observability module Signed-off-by: zhangwenjun-huawei <zhangwenjun19@huawei.com>
