Summary

Add a configuration switch a2at.server.enabled (default: true) to the Spring Boot starter, allowing deployments to disable all A2A auto-configuration beans when A2A functionality is not needed.

Motivation

For multi-proline baselines running a shared codebase, some deployments do not require A2A capabilities. This switch lets them opt out cleanly without code changes.

Changes

  • Add A2ATProperties with server.enabled field (default: true)
  • Guard all auto-configuration beans with @ConditionalOnProperty(name = "a2at.server.enabled", havingValue = "true", matchIfMissing = true)
  • Log a clear message when A2A is disabled

Test Plan

  • All 127 tests passing
  • Verified a2at.server.enabled=false skips auto-configuration (no A2A beans created)
  • Verified a2at.server.enabled=true creates all beans as before (backward compatible)
  • Verified default behavior unchanged when property is absent
