- Make the Spring Boot A2A server auto-configuration opt-in: server beans are registered only
when `a2at.server.enabled=true` (previously on by default). Host applications that expose A2A
endpoints must now set the property explicitly.

a public constructor, so applications outside the starter package can instantiate, replace or
