Closes #62

Summary

  • restore the published spring-boot-starter coordinate and set the next source version to 0.0.7-SNAPSHOT
  • add a protected HTTP client decoration hook without bypassing TLS, protocol observation, SSE, or standard A2A error handling
  • document release/snapshot consumption in Chinese and English
  • normalize CRLF prompts in the offline negotiation fixture

Verification

  • mvn -B clean verify
  • post-rebase: mvn -B -pl workflow-engine,spring-boot-starter -am test
  • 216 workflow-engine tests and 21 starter tests passed after rebase
