chore: normalize java line endings to LF via gitattributes - #74

The spotless check gate reads working-tree bytes, and Windows checkouts with core.autocrlf could produce mixed line endings (observed after a three-way cherry-pick), failing the gate inconsistently. Pin *.java to text eol=lf so every platform checks out byte-identical LF files and the gate is deterministic; text files normalize to LF in the repository. Follow-up to #73: the spotless check gate reads working-tree bytes, and Windows checkouts with
core.autocrlfcould produce mixed line endings after a three-way merge, failing the gate inconsistently. Pin*.javatotext eol=lfvia.gitattributesso every platform checks out byte-identical LF files and the gate is deterministic.
