Summary

• Correct notification changelog claims: a new connection is not received transport activity; ACK and idle deadlines are independent; heartbeats keep established notifications alive regardless of result status.
• Provide orchestration account login and PSOP retrieval with the actual top-level token response, consistent TLS policy and independent registry credentials.
• Explicitly document host-owned token lifetime/recovery and the absence of a Python equivalent to the Java account provider; no SDK release or consumer dependency upgrade is implied.
• Add syntax and contract regressions for the public examples.

Validation

• Full Python test suite: 156 passed.
• Public Markdown relative-file links and git diff --cached --check passed.
