* Remove the rotate CCW button * Change the "reset" button into a zoom-to-fit button, which is what it was already doing but now the icon is clearer * Change rotate CW icon to a more iOS/apple-style icon * Rewrite tons of other icons to have our signature style of rounded corners, rounded strokes/endcaps, etc Update makepad to address two issues: UI freeze on macOS when bringing a bkgd'd app back to the foreground, and a lack of script/splash VM GCing on android.
