Match Python Online's console behavior: allow typing during initialization, preserve input when Enter is pressed before the console exists, and guard completion and paste processing until their APIs are ready. Early input is not queued; the user submits it after startup. Keep the existing behavior while startup scripts execute.

The diff adds three guards (six lines). Production-preview testing with a delayed console module confirms early Enter/Tab preserve 1 + 1 without errors, paste remains native, and a later Enter returns 2. Combined build, lint and type checks pass (24 existing warnings).

Closes #325.

**Console stays disabled after startup failure**

When the console module import or `py.runPythonAsync` in `initConsole()` fails after the Pyodide runtime has initialized, `HeadlessConsole`'s mount task rejects without setting `ready` or surfacing an error; because `pyodideReady` is set before `initConsole()` completes, the startup modal closes while this input stays read-only, leaving the user with no usable console.

Catch console initialization failures and show an actionable error or retry state instead of leaving the input permanently read-only.

<issue_to_address>
**Startup commands race user input**

When the user submits input while the initial `sources` or default imports are still running, the page-level `$:` block starts its imports asynchronously after `ready` becomes true, so the enabled Enter handler can call `push(input)` before those imports finish; commands that use those APIs fail with `NameError`.

Keep the input read-only and its handlers disabled until the page's startup `pushMany` sequence has completed, not only until `HeadlessConsole` sets `ready`.
