gas-small-strings: the check only uses the0xprefix and a length of 42; it does not validate hex digits or checksum.gas-struct-packing: the implementation sorts members by descending size and simulates slot usage, rather than rounding up total byte size.These are comment-only changes with no runtime behavior changes.
