Description of the change

Adds Cristian Chiriac, @cristianchiriac, to contributor list, and re-orders the list (based on additions). @cristianchiriac, do you have an affiliation and an ORCID you'd like to be added to the Zenodo JSON? I'll leave this open for two days before merging (after a review).

Also touched up the changelog. Specifically I removed the fix note from #688, as nothing in an orix release is technically broken yet (for end users).

For reviewers

• The PR title is short, concise, and will make sense 1 year later.
• New functions are imported in corresponding __init__.py.
• New features, API changes, and deprecations are mentioned in the unreleased
  section in CHANGELOG.rst.
• Contributor(s) are listed correctly in __credits__ in orix/__init__.py and in

@cristianchiriac , thanks again for contributing. This was my mistake, it's our policy to acknowledge everyone who contributes, I should have asked when reviewing your orignial PR. Happy to approve and merge this now.

Also, feel free to keep submitting bug fix PR's, we've got plenty outstanding issues and a shortage of devs.
