This PR migrates the package to the test item framework and modernizes the repository infrastructure:
@testitems with a TestItemRunner-basedtest/runtests.jljuliaci.yml); all PkgButler workflows and.jlpkgbutler.tomlare removed-DEV).gitignorecoversManifest.tomland test output filesPre-existing breakage: the test environment cannot resolve on Julia 1.12 (ParquetFiles -> Parquet -> Thrift -> BinaryProvider, which is uninstallable on modern Julia). The tests are migrated mechanically and will start running once new ParquetFiles/Parquet releases exist. The test now writes its output CSV to a temp directory instead of the repo.
