Restore the pre-migration compat range but with a minimum of Julia 1.0 instead of 0.7; Julia 0.7 no longer needs to be supported. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The minor version bump was only needed while the migration raised the minimum Julia version; with the original Julia compat restored, the version can stay as it was. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
