Upgrade all three Python bindings to PyO3 0.30. Remove skip_from_py_object attributes now enabled by default, avoiding deprecated attributes while preserving behavior.
Validation: all three wheels build; Python smoke 55 passed, SHA 13 passed, Beads 131 passed and one sdist-specific skip with CI-pinned bd. Workspace build, Clippy and just test pass; just lint matches the baseline failures and cargo deny reports the two known advisories.
