Check in Rust scaffolding generated by the pinned UniFFI 0.31.2 CLI and verify it independently in CI. Removing the build-time generator from the workspace eliminates the basic-toml advisory while preserving the runtime and Go generator versions.
Validation: cargo tree has no active basic-toml; cargo deny --all-features check passes all sections with no ignores. Workspace tests, Clippy, formatting, just test, macOS staged Go bundle and sc-sha-go MSVC test compilation pass. Pinned CLI regeneration matches SHA256 ce9b008059dfa3cef1c027f912e33967216e5aff3dc177a705d0ee0c739a93c7; a deliberate scaffold mutation fails the check.
