This brings WezTerm's uppercase hint selection behavior to Rio: type a hint label in lowercase to copy it, or uppercase to copy and paste it. Mixed case still only copies, so accidentally holding Shift for part of a label will not paste anything. Unicode characters work when their uppercase mapping is still one character, and ambiguous alphabets are rejected in the config. Persistent hints also stay open after a selection.
I tested this on my local build and it works.
