Upgrade Sonarqube Image to 9.1.0-community

Due to the image of the Sonarqube image have more than 90 days, we need to update towards the 9.1.0-community with tag "sonarqube:9.1.0-community", and test it in the devsecops demo.

Using sonarqube lts-community to test

Tested with 8.9.5-community and some tweaks available in https://github.com/rcarrata/sonarqube and worked like a charm using the sonarqube templates. Working towards converting into regular k8s objects instead of ocp template, to be align to ocp4 strategy
