Updates the Windows 5.10 build script to fetch mailcore2 prebuilt package v5 instead of v4 from Spark’s S3 bucket (
mailcore2-all-5.zipviaGet-Mailcore2.ps1).No other download or install logic changes—only the version constant that drives the archive name and URL.
