Add a local Blender reconstruction skill for turning Realsee exports into editable spaces. The workflow prioritizes complete layout, real openings, major finishes and lighting, then refines details according to the requested views and edits. It includes bilingual guidance for efficient modeling, source comparison, saved-file editing checks, and optional walkthrough/physics exports.

The Claude plugin now packages both Argus and the instruction-only Blender skill, with synchronization and license validation. Argus runtime behavior and its Arkclaw distribution remain unchanged.

Validation: the staged source snapshot passed npm run ci (15 repository tests and 116 Argus tests), skill validation, 38 local reference links, and generated-copy consistency checks. The workflow also received an independent scenario review for time-limited previews, narrow material edits, and explicit engineering tolerances.

Release validation: update the transitive fast-uri dependency from 3.1.3 to 3.1.7 in the canonical, Claude, and Arkclaw lockfiles to resolve the production audit failure. The full stable Release Gate passed on an isolated staged snapshot, including fresh-install smoke tests, 131 tests, generated/worktree cleanliness, and a production audit with zero vulnerabilities. The local run isolated a machine-specific npm user configuration.
