Release Realsee Skills 2.1.0 with categorized project documentation

Summary / 摘要

Prepare Realsee Skills 2.1.0, the first tagged distribution containing both Argus and editable Blender reconstruction. Reorganize the bilingual README into skill selection, installation, usage, documentation, versions, and development, with detailed CLI and contract information linked from the relevant guides.

• Synchronize package, lockfile, skill, generated distribution, and release metadata versions. Make the smoke test compare package and release metadata instead of hard-coding 2.0.0.
• Document reproducible installation of both skills from v2.1.0 and preserve the legacy version boundaries.
• Remove invalid root-level npm ci instructions: the repository has no root lockfile, and runtime dependencies belong to the Argus package.
• Update project package metadata. GitHub About has also been updated to describe both capabilities.

The Argus runtime source and CLI are unchanged from v2.0.0. This packaging/guidance release carries forward its existing stable status; it does not claim a new remote CN/global run or a Blender reconstruction. The Arkclaw asset remains Argus-only and CN-only.

首次将 Argus 与 Blender 两项 skill 纳入同一正式标签，重整 README 分类并同步版本与安装说明。Argus 接口与运行时保持不变，保留历史版本；不把打包检查当作新一轮真实重建验收。

• Updated the Arkclaw smoke fixture and workflow-default regression check to follow current version metadata.
• Required GitHub checks must pass before merging and pushing the v2.1.0 tag.

The existing untracked interface document and local temporary files are excluded.
