Bumps the doc-strings-review pin from docs-extensions-and-macros v5.55.0 (560c430) to v5.56.1 (ad5f399) and updates the version note. Follows #2002. DOC-2659.

v5.56.1 (2026-10-27) fixes two things on top of v5.56.0: each enterprise gating finding is dispatched once per PR instead of on every push (docs-extensions-and-macros#427), and the review suggests changes only to the lines a PR changed, plus any line the change made wrong (#399). No workflow_call input changed.

What changes for this repo:

• Lines a human reviewer (not the PR author) wrote on the PR are not reviewed again (docs-extensions-and-macros#396).
• The crd surface steers field comments toward a verb-led opener (Change snapshot version to the git tag as compiled Version #405).
• A new enterprise gating check runs on every PR; it finds nothing in this repo.

No workflow_call input, default, secret, or permission changed, so the shim passes the same values.

The release branches (release/v26.2.x, release/v26.1.x) do not carry this workflow, and the open backports do not touch it.

Checked: actionlint clean.
