chore: publish redirects to the site's new home in refract-org/refract - #34

The documentation source moved to apps/docs in refract-org/refract, with this repository's history, and is published from there at https://refract-org.github.io/refract/. deploy.yml now runs redirects.mjs after the build: each of the 53 pages under /refract-docs/ becomes a page that redirects to the same path at the new address (meta refresh, location.replace keeping query and fragment, and a canonical link). Images, the notebook and the sitemap stay where they were, so direct links to them keep working, and 404.html sends any other path to the same path under /refract/. Every old page exists at the new address. The README says where the source and site went. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The documentation source moved to
apps/docsin refract-org/refract, imported with this repository's history in refract-org/refract#37. It will be published from there at https://refract-org.github.io/refract/.This PR turns this repository's Pages site into redirects.
deploy.ymlrunsredirects.mjsafter the normal build:/refract-docs/becomes a page that sends readers to the same path at the new address. It uses a meta refresh, pluslocation.replaceto keep any query string and#fragment, and a canonical link.sitemap.xmlstay where they are, so direct links to them keep working.404.htmlsends any other/refract-docs/...path to the same path under/refract/.The README now says where the source and site went.

Merge this only once the new site is live at https://refract-org.github.io/refract/. Before then, these redirects lead to a 404. That needs:
After the cutover is verified, this repository is to be archived. GitHub's docs don't say what archiving does to a Pages site; community reports say it stays published. So check that the redirects still answer after archiving, and unarchive if they don't.
