docs: say what to_networkx and compute_survival_records build - #2

to_networkx's docstring promised citation edges. It adds a "cites" edge for any fact detail containing "url=". No analyzer emits a citation URL as a fact (citation facts carry "type=added" and the like), so at brief and detailed depth the graph holds revision transitions only; at forensic depth the full_wikitext_before/after facts match, and each becomes a node holding a revision's whole wikitext. The docstring says so. compute_survival_records handles sentence events, not claim events; its docstring now says how spans are matched and censored. This changes docstrings only, in
src/refract/__init__.py.compute_survival_records: it said "sentence/claim events", but it handles sentence events only. It now says it makes one record per span fromsentence_first_seenorsentence_reintroducedtosentence_removed, matched on section and the first 60 characters, with unremoved spans right-censored (event_observed0). That matches lines 113–141.to_networkx: it said "citation and transition events", but no analyzer emits a citation URL as a fact. The function adds arev:<from> -> rev:<to>edge per event, and acitesedge for any fact detail containingurl=(lines 161–164). At forensic depth, the whole-page wikitext facts containurl=, so each becomes a node holding a revision's full wikitext. The docstring says so and recommends brief or detailed events.Checks: the module parses, and the diff touches only docstrings. pytest is not installed in this session's container, and nothing executable changed.
