chore: add glama.json naming the maintainer - #35

Glama lets an organization repo's MCP server be claimed only through a glama.json in the repository root. Claiming the listing is what awesome-mcp-servers asks for before it lists a server. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds
glama.jsonto the repo root, namingzz-plantas maintainer.Glama lists MCP servers. For a repo owned by an organization, the only way to claim a listing is this file; signing in with GitHub works only for personal repos. punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers asks for a claimed Glama listing with a score badge before it lists a server, so this is a prerequisite for listing Refract's MCP server there.
After merging, someone still has to submit the server at glama.ai/mcp/servers and run the claim flow.
