Wallpaper configuration documentation needs to be updated

There are references to gnome.wallpaper, but I've found that in order for the wallpaper to be properly set, it should be regolith.wallpaper.file.

Hi @postlogic , well this is the old Regolith 1.x site. The updated content for 2.x and beyond for wallpaper is here: https://regolith-desktop.com/docs/using-regolith/configuration/#wallpaper

Are you running Regolith 1.x?

Ah, my bad. I see I've had the old docs open by mistake, but I am definitely running the latest Regolith.
