zapper: heads-up that off-hours pricing on Ondo AI DTFs is worse (RES-2234)

Summary

When the US market is closed, Ondo-backed AI DTFs can only be bought through secondary liquidity, so quotes come back with huge price impact (a user interview participant saw 90–93% on BUILDOUT at every size and gave up). Today the only explanation arrives after a quote — this adds a pre-quote heads-up on the market-closed signal alone, so the expectation is set before the user types an amount.

New lowest-priority variant in the existing prompt state machine:

Priority does the interesting work: the heads-up shows immediately, is replaced (and un-dismissed) by any real quote-derived warning, never downgrades back, and dismissal sticks while the same variant stays active. Market reopening clears stale closed-market state.

Presentation is deliberately not a warning — it's unprompted, and warning styling on an unprompted notice trains users past the real >8% impact warning. Neutral icon/eyebrow, headline, one sentence of cause-and-cost, then the timing facts as a labelled list instead of a paragraph:

Desktop renders it as the side card next to the zapper; mobile uses a bottom banner rather than the modal the quote-derived variants use, so the zapper stays usable before the user has entered anything.

Verification: RED-verified (disabling rawClosedHeadsUp fails the new closed-market spec, open-market still passes), scope gate green (lint, typecheck, 905 unit, e2e helper units, smoke 60), plus a new strict e2e/tests/index-dtf/issuance/ondo-market-closed.spec.ts covering closed and open /dtf/ondo states on desktop and mobile.

Copy is a first pass and the part most worth product/copy review; the split market-hours sentence leaves the closed-impact retry line untranslated in es/ko/zh until a Crowdin pass.
