…(issue #27) - Rewrite docs/walkthrough-carbopol-glycerin.md around cp05_gly_newsample.json: Carbopol in glycerin flow curves at 20/30/40/50 C (51 pts each) - HB vs TC at every T: TC wins 3-4x on RedChi2; all params tightly identified - New: Arrhenius analysis of TC eta_bg(T): Ea=36.9 kJ/mol vs 60.4 kJ/mol for literature glycerol (Segur & Oberstar 1951); eta_bg/eta_gly 1.5->3.8 - New figures: temperature series, Arrhenius plot, TC parameter trends - Updated mermaid workflow diagram + SVG fallback; dataset archived - Retires the single-temperature cp02 dataset figures

remove the 50C and correct the analysis
- Remove the 50 C flow curve from the analysis: table, temperature series, TC parameter trends, and Arrhenius plot now use 20/30/40 C - Corrected numbers: eta_bg Ea=45.3 kJ/mol (R2=0.990) vs glycerol 61.2 kJ/mol (R2=1.000); eta_bg/eta_gly 1.54 -> 2.33 (20 -> 40 C) - Updated mermaid diagram + SVG fallback; landing-page blurb fixed

Done — 50 °C is out everywhere: the HB/TC table, temperature series, TC parameter trends, and Arrhenius plot now use 20/30/40 °C only, and the text numbers are corrected. Updated results: η_bg E_a = 45.3 kJ/mol (R² = 0.990) vs glycerol 61.2 kJ/mol; η_bg/η_glycerol = 1.54 → 2.33 (20 → 40 °C). The physical story is unchanged — the microgel contribution still dilutes the solvent Arrhenius slope — and with three points the η_bg line is actually cleaner. Mermaid diagram, SVG fallback, and landing-page blurb updated too. |
