Removes the epub job from docs.yml and its now-orphaned export script (docs/export_epub.py), Sphinx config (docs/epub_conf/) and the download mention in docs/index.md. PDF remains the offline artifact.

Removes the
epubjob from the docs workflow plus its now-orphanedsupporting files (
docs/export_epub.py,docs/epub_conf/) and the EPUBmention in the docs Download section. The HTML site and the PDF remain.
