docs: model pages become fitting guides pointing to rheomodel - #42

The nine docs/models/<model>.md pages duplicated rheomodel's model science (history, formulation, materials, limitations, references) with no mention of rheomodel. Each page is now a fitting guide: a pointer to the rheomodel docs page, the constitutive equation for reference, the interactive explorer, and the fitting sections. docs/models/index.md reframed the same way.
sphinx -W failed with 'Document may not end with a transition': dropping the references sections left their preceding '---' separators at the end of 8 pages.

Each page is now a fitting guide:rheofit.models.<name>is a thin adapterdocs/models/index.mdreframed the same way; walkthrough links to the pages (no anchors) are unaffected. docs CI (build + pdf) will run on this PR.Merge target:
