The fit app now offers two ways to get a flow curve:

  • Upload a file (TRIOS JSON or Excel) — the existing flow, unchanged.
  • rheodata dataset — a dropdown lists all 12 flow-curve datasets from the
rheopy-rheodata library, with a sample picker for multi-sample datasets
and a title/material/DOI caption. The selection loads via
rheodata.to_rheofit() straight into the same df the fitting pipeline
already uses, so everything downstream (preview sliders, fit, ranking,
    downloads) works untouched.

Also added rheopy-rheodata to the notebook's PEP 723 dependencies
(explicit in the WASM env; it also arrives transitively via rheofit).
