macOS 27 retains a fullscreen Dock window while Mission Control is closed, causing normal swipes to bypass strafe. Confirm real overlays using Dock Accessibility identifiers, cached off the event-tap thread with 100 ms polling; preserve native behavior in Mission Control/App Exposé.
Validation: 8 Swift tests (4 new), gesture payload tests, and manual Mission Control open/close checks on macOS 27. Older macOS versions were not manually tested.
