修复 deploy 状态残留导致进入非云台RATE&底盘 FOLLOW的奇怪姿态，修复了shooter/gimbal/chassis 共用同一个 XmlRpcValue 导致底盘上电而云台校准的行为。加入吊射自瞄和上台阶等新功能并添加保护措施。按键主要改动：Ctrl+C底盘转180履带朝前去上台阶，Ctrl+R调用重定位服务，q伸缩腿，为避免未进官方部署模式使用高弹速被锁枪管只有摁f部署模式才能开火，deploy模式下wasd微调。
