fix: homepage UX pass — reduce CTAs, gradient card borders, light-mode grid, content cleanup

What changed

• Light mode background: 42px dot grid enabled via --grid-line / --grid-dot tokens
• Card gradient borders: padding-box/border-box technique across entry offer and proof cards
• Three-column cards: distinct accent colors per track (AI teal / MedTech green / Fullstack purple)
• CTA card elevation: bottom-right offer card visually promoted over supporting cards
• Hero CTAs: reduced from 3 to 2 (primary filled + secondary ghost)
• Hero eyebrow: shortened to AI SYSTEMS CONSULTANT
• Keyword tag chips: removed from hero and section footers
• System Map: replaced with 3-step client journey
• Footer icons: size 16 -> 18px
