Two small maintenance fixes:
CRAN-SUBMISSION: record the 0.3.0 submission (2023-12-11), which was never committed after PR Joelnitta/issue33 - version 0.3.0 accepted on CRAN #34.test-gn_parse_tidy.R: gnparser v1.14.2 returns authorship"Linnaeus, 1788"(comma kept), so the expected value is updated. The test is skipped on CI, so this only showed up locally.
