Installing either with scoop or getting the binary manually, Windows Defender blocks the application and quarantines it.

Checking hash of oc-go-cc_windows-amd64.exe ... Get-FileHash : The file 'C:\Users\Yay\scoop\apps\oc-go-cc\0.1.6\oc-go-cc_windows-amd64.exe' cannot be read: Operation
did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.

When downloaded manually, it does so when attempting to set to auto-start on login.
