Long-running sessions repeated reminders that other sessions had already cleared. The hook now tells the model to re-check with `agentctl annotations --due` before mentioning them again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Long-running sessions repeated reminders that other sessions had already cleared: the SessionStart hook's "other sessions have a reminder due" list is computed once, when a session starts or resumes.
The hook now adds one line after that list, telling the model to re-check with
agentctl annotations --duebefore mentioning any of them again. The hook test asserts the new line.Tests: 199/200 pass. The failing
tests/cli/resume.test.ts(spawnssessionhopperinstead ofclaude) also fails onmainon this Mac; it is environment-dependent and unrelated.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
