docs: re-render README screenshots for 2.10.0 UI - #14

Actions/rules and Plugins settings panes now show the 2.10.0 look (title case, chip contrast, enabled dot). Plugins shot extended to include the Unwrap terminal command plugin and the Marketplaces section instead of cutting off mid-list. Rendered with fake data via ScreenshotRenderTests.
