The workflow compared tooling/extension-bindings/IMPLEMENTATION.md with the checksum in a repository variable. It is no longer needed. It also failed on pull requests from forks, where the repository variable is not available. Signed-off-by: itvi-1234 <rjsumit71@gmail.com>
