[HOLD] Android: Use TimePickerDialog from Compose

Currently we are using a custom TimePickerDialog because I thought it's not available in compose but it turns out that it actually is.

• Let's use the one provided by Jetpack Compose (ref)

TimePickerDialog is not available in material3 v1.3.2. Let's hold this till a new version v1.4.0+ is released

Hi! I found your library by accident, and it looks very nice to use! In my use case trying to migrate away from react-native-date-icker

Unfortunately we need a datetimepicker, and found this issue you raised to keep track of it.

I see that v1.4.0 is now in RC, was wondering if we can already start adopting it?

@LeunensMichiel 👋 This issue is for TimePickerDialog and it's just a code enhancement. The time picker is already supported in Android. However the datetime picker not yet, and that is tracked here #29 (basically what we are missing is how it should look like)
