CLI 無法在建立 recurring rule 時指定負責人，rule 查詢也看不到 assignee 狀態。
背景
Todo
tod_01M2HNRMVAGRET86KFWTP6KYKT，依 backend 已合併的 recurring assignee spec。Backend 先部署後才執行正式 npm release。問題出在哪裡
CLI 與 SDK 由 OpenAPI 生成；舊 schema 沒有 assignee input，pretty show 只顯示最外層計數。
修法
同步 backend OpenAPI 並 regenerate，新增
--assignee-user-id，以既有 display hints 顯示 creator、assignee 與狀態，README/help 說明建立後不可修改。同步同時包含 backend main 已存在的 calendar schema 變動，未手寫 generated client 或修改 calendar backend。測試
752 tests、typecheck/build 通過。新增 6 個 subprocess tests 使用真實 command/SDK 與本地 HTTP server，驗證 payload、省略 option、pretty/JSON、help、422/503 exit code。原本紅燈為
unknown option '--assignee-user-id'及缺少查詢欄位。Standards/spec/ponytail review 無待修發現。未完成驗收
Exact-head CI、backend deploy 後正式 minor release、npm provenance 與確切 npm 版本的 production readback。
